We are Hiring: Community Manager and Moderator
The Community Manager and Moderator will build and maintain a strong, engaged, and supportive community for Metaverse Swapping’s virtual platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community management strategies, guidelines, and best practices.
Engage with the community regularly, responding to questions, comments, and feedback.
Moderate community interactions, ensuring that all users adhere to the community guidelines and terms of service.
Collaborate with other teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
Organize and facilitate virtual events, webinars, and online meetups.
Analyze community metrics and feedback to inform future community initiatives and improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to community management and engagement.
Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and standards for community management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in community management, online moderation, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.
Knowledge of community management and moderation tools and platforms.
Experience with virtual and augmented reality platforms is a plus.
